Letisha Lawrence is the founder of ElleVizion and the Belle Group of Companies, bringing together entrepreneurship, business strategy, marketing expertise, and a passion for human development to help businesses grow with purpose and structure.

With a Bachelor of Arts in English Language with Education and a Master of Science in Management Studies (Marketing) from The University of the West Indies, Letisha combines academic knowledge with years of hands-on experience building brands, developing business systems, leading teams, and navigating the realities of entrepreneurship. Her research on consumer behaviour and digital marketing was accepted for presentation at the Academy of Marketing Conference 2026, further reinforcing her commitment to bridging research and real-world business application.

As an entrepreneur and consultant, Letisha has worked with startups, personal brands, small businesses, and growing organizations to strengthen their branding, marketing, sales, operations, and overall business development strategies.
