  • All consultation payments are non-refundable.

    Clients may reschedule their appointment once by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled session.

    Requests submitted with less than 48 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.

  • Client information is treated as private and confidential. Business documents, strategies, financial information, internal processes, and other sensitive information shared during an engagement are used only for the purpose of delivering the agreed service.

    Where required, confidentiality agreements may also be issued for longer-term or implementation-based engagements.

  • Following the Elevate Strategic Audit, you will receive a personalized strategic summary outlining your main findings, recommendations, and next steps.

    Where additional support is required, you may also be invited to continue through one of ElleVizion’s longer-term services, including strategic advisory, business development programs, or Business Implementation & Execution Support.

  • The Six-Week Business Development Program is available only to clients who have first completed the Elevate Brand & Business Strategic Audit. This ensures that the program is aligned with your business needs and current stage of growth.

    The program is offered as one group cohort per quarter, with limited spaces available. Eligible clients will receive enrollment details following their consultation.

  • Businesses interested in implementation and execution support must first complete the online application form. Once your submission has been reviewed, you will be invited to complete an initial consultation so we can assess your needs and determine the appropriate scope of work.

    If you proceed with a minimum three-month implementation engagement, the consultation fee will be deducted from your agreed service fee after signing on. Each engagement is customized based on the level of strategy, implementation, and support required.
